Want more information on Mockups

Hello,

Currently using AutoVue server 20.2.2.

Can anyone elaborate on"Import file for Mockup" functionality?

We dont know the exact it's behavior.

As we are unaware about the functionality, we have below queries:

  • When we import files for Mockup and again want to import same files for Mockup, user cannot select them and import from Mockup window. User has to browse and add the same files again.
  • Why do the mockup files get deleted from Models when user removes the same files from the Import Design dialog ?
  • How can a User Import PDF /Image (DOP ) files as Mockup ?
  • For an instance I tried to import a PDF (DOP) file as Mockup but I got the error message stating “ .pdf is not a 3D Model File”, whereas a PDF file converted from a .dwg file gets imported successfully in a .dwf file
