Sale Order line status stuck in 'shipped' status

I am getting problem on shipment of sale order. At shipment line status stuck in 'shipped' status (unable to interface the line).

From Transaction -> Transaction Interface I can see the sale order line in error and error is: An error occurred while relieving reservations.
 
The issue is occurring for cases "when order quantity is different than shipped quantity". 
 
Note: We enabled tolerance limits for excess quantity orders at Inventory - Item - Order Management (tab) - tolerance over shipment value as 6
