Oracle EBS 12.1.3 Vision instnace installation.

Dear All,

We want to install Oracle EBS 12.1.3 vision insance. IS there Media available for 12.1.3 Vision instance?

Previously when we have to install I used to install Oracle EBS 12.1.1 and upgrade it to 12.1.3 by performing patching.

I can see media Avilable for 12.1.3 but in 12.1.3 when I drill down I again see Base installation of 12.1.1 and Media Update pack for 12.1.3.

What is the proper process to Instal Oracle EBS 12.1.3 Vision instance?
