Create a host concurrent program

Hi all

I am trying to create a host concurrent program which created as copy.exe. This script file will copy reports from my windows server2008 to shared folder on SharePoint server.

First, I copied the copy.exe under the application top/bin directory.

Created concurrent program exuactable as a type of host.

     Navigation: System Administrator>> Concurrent>> Program>> Executable.

Define the concurrent program for this host file

     Navigation: System Administrator>>Concurrent>>Program>>Define

Add this concurrent to Request Group under Application Object Library and System Administrator  Reports Group

     System Administrator>> Security>> Responsibility>> Request.

I tried to add new request using this program. the request complated with error
