Invalid MDSYS objects in 10.2.0.4 instances

On all of our 10.2.0.4 instances, we have 10 invalid objects in the MDSYS schema (SDO_JOIN, SDO_UTIL,SDO_MIGRATE,etc)

When I query against dba_registry, there is no SDO component identifier displayed.

Based on Doc ID 1057912.1, I ran @?/md/admin/locpatch.sql followed by utlrp.sql - however this script failed as it was unable to locate the file locpatchi.sql.

Should I not be running @?/md/admin/sdopatch.sql followed by utlrp.sql to recompile all invalid objects ?
