Any Additional setup in R12 after upgrade from 11i so same Tax process is applied?

Hi all,

In a case of an upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3 where Tax Location Flexfield Structure is 'No Validation - Country', what additional setup should be done in R12 (if there is) so the same 11i Tax concept is applied?
