Supplier bank accounts: What table is the "Allow International Payments" flag in.

Hi

I am writting a supplier extract and as part of the bank account information the users want to see the allow international payments flag, but I cannot find which table it sits in, any ideas?

I have attached a screen print of the field in Oracle, OK I haven't because "The content type of this attachment is not allowed." despite the fact that it is a jpg?
