Hi All,

Can any one explain the details of below field present in ReIM system options.

Auto resolution Reason code for credit note request cost,

Auto resolution Reason code for credit note request quantity,

Auto resolution Reason code for credit memo cost

Auto resolution Reason code for credit memo quantity

match using reference 3 field and

match using reference 4 field

what is the impact and how it is useful.
