2 and more web servers - how to configure

Hi,

I have 2 linux machines I would like to configure to work as HTML (weblogic) servers for one JDE instance. I would like users to use only HTML address and the traffic should be allocated on those 2 machines running weblogic html instances. What do I need to do such operation and how should I configure those applications?
