Need help with RMAN backup solution

This is going to be a bit long winded for that I apologize. 

In short, we have moved from Oracle 10g on Windows 2003 using OS disk to 11G on Windows 2008 using ASM disk.

Old Environment:

Oracle 10g on Windows 2003

1 prod server

4 physical test/dev servers w/1 database per server

The database name, directory structure and file names were same from prod to test. 

RMAN full offline backups via DBcontrol. Very easy to restore to test and dev when required

New Environment:

Oracle 11g on Windows 2008 ASM

1 prod server

1 physical test/dev server with 4 databases

The database name, directory structure and file names now differ from prod and now reside on ASM disk
