Preventive Mtnce Schedule

I have a schedule that is a base interval of 7 days interval multiple 1; repeat in cycle Yes.  I tried to add an additional activity to this schedule with a base interval of 14 days, interval 1; repeat in cycle Yes.

When I try to save I get the following error..."Some Day Interval Rules Overlap"  have I specified something wrong?
