project on solaris clarification

Could someone please help me understand below is expected behavior?

I have setup project for a user using following command

projadd -c "oracle" 'user.oracle'

I have added also required resources.

What I have noticed is following:

1) when I login and run id -p  I am getting correct project projid=100(user.oracle)

2) when a cronjob is running under oracle user -> following project is used projid=0(system)

3) when I ssh from server A to server B using key exchange -> following project is used projid=1(user.root)

I have also modified /etc/user_attr with following oracle::::project=user.oracle but it did not help.
