Find Bank Account Balance Daily without Using Account Inquiry

Hi,

I am using EBS R12. I want to find a particular bank balance at the end of the day but we are not running create accounting daily therefore cant use account inquiry. Bank account balance must show the balance after the particular days effect of payments,receipts,fund transfers etc. Is there any functionality to do this or any report?
