Unable to edit file attachments in Siebel OpenUI

I am facing an issue in Siebel application file attachments. Earlier in Siebel HI mode, user was able to open and edit the file attachment directly. After saving the file in the editor, the Siebel attachment got updated. However, in OpenUI, this is not the case and the attachment is not updated. How can we fix this?
