Customer Commission & Tax decutuction to be processed through receivables module
We are in receipt of following requirement from end user
Requirement:
Processing of commissions through the receivables module in a way where the commission and tax deducted on commission is also reflected in the customers ledger.
Current Process (Workaround):
The current process is that the tax amount is processed through the payable module and the net amount is credited through credit notes from the receivables module.
Problem in current process:
The credit notes are issued but currently there is no process of linking the withholding tax with the receivables module.
Is there any possibility to use standard option available in Oracle Modules?
