Impact of extending ARXCWMAI form in R12.2.2 instance

Hi Team,

We are planning to extend the standard form (ARXCWMAI)---Account Detail form in Receivables(Navigation:  Receivables responsibility--->Account Details)

So we would like to know what are the pros and cons of this. Actually we are in process of implementing R12.2.2 of AR,GL modules and this form we want to customize accordingly to our business needs.

As i got to know some information about performance issue and some incorrect data populating in this standard form itself ,so just want to check whether is this stabilized now and if we customize do we have any future impacts as such.
