Siebel upgrade from 8.0.0.12 to 8.1.1.11

Hi Experts,

We are working on upgrading from Siebel 8.0.0.12 (eAutomotive) to Siebel 8.1.1.11 (inclusive of Open UI) and did Merge repository, got the conflicts related to BC called 'Com Invoice Profile'.

what is happening is we have the BC (Com Invoice Profile) in Siebel 8.0.0.12 which is customized and we have one more new cloned BC in Siebel 8.1.1.11 (our upgraded version) called 'CMU Com Invoice Profile' which is referred all over in higher version (8.1.1.11) where ever 'Com Invoice Profile' BC is referred.

Please suggest us how we can go ahead with Conflicts resolution.
