Pay type Calculation - On non standard hours
Experts!
As of now all the hourly calculation on a Pay Type is based on the employee standard hours in basic compensation.
The regular salary is calculated on standard hours. However the over time has to be calculated 1.25 time the regular salary.
But the base for the regular salary has to be different from the standard hours in the basic compensation.
Example:
The standard hours in the employee basic compensation is set to 248 hours. (IH and SDYY set to 2976 and 372).
The Salary for the employee is $1000. So the per hour salary is 1000/248 = 4.03.
In ideal condition the base for OT is 4.03 and it is calculated as 1.25*4.03.
