OBIEE 11g User creation Facility to a new user(other than weblogic) - new user should use weblogic c

Hi All,


We are using OBIEE 11.1.1.6.10 on hpunix.And we are using Standard Weblogic authentication which is part of OBIEE as our authentication.


Can we create a user who can only have permissions to create users in weblogic console and add it with the groups available in the application with out altering the existing groups and also with out having access other analytics application.

And also We don't want this user to have access to start/stop admin or managed servers also.

Is it possible in obiee 11g?

Is there any other way to achieve this?
