In one of our cloned instances, we are getting the below error message after trying to load the Web ADI for uploading daily rates in GL. However, the web ADI is working fine on other instances

Exception Name: oracle.apps.bne.exception.bnefatalexception - A system error has occurred. Have your system administrator view the bne.log file

We are on Oracle 11.5.10 and below are the other versions

Windows 7 Professional version 32 bit, Service Pack1

-Internet Explorer 8 version 8.7601.17514 256-bit

-Excel 2010 Version: 14.0.6129.5000(32 bit)

-Office 2010 MS Office Professional Plus 2010

Please advise if anyone faced / fixed the same issue
