Upgrade from 8.1.1.4 to 8.1.1.11

Hello,

We are planning to upgrade from 8.1.1.4 to 8.1.1.11 with the database on DB2 LUW. In the database upgrade guide bookshelf, I can see that its mentioned to run only Incremental Repository Merge and points to that section in bookshelf(Bookshelf v8.1/8.2: Supported Upgrade Paths for Siebel CRM Version 8.1.1.x).

Where as on support web in Doc ID 1623495.2 the IRM instructions guide include upgrep and upgphys steps too. Which steps should we follow as it is confusing.

Also, if we follow the upgrep and upgphys, should we drop all indexes prior to upgrade and recreate them later?
