Hello, we started research for our EBS system in order to apply latest CPU patches. We're using the following document: 1614525.1. Our question is about patch 18128233 "Apply the patch to your Oracle Fusion Middleware 10.1.3 Home". When trying to download that patch we got following message: "You do not have privileges to download Software Extended Support patches. See How Patches and Updates Entitlements Works for more information." So our questions are: Is this patch required for FMW Home and how can we get it. Thank you.
