racgimon not running

In our production RAC ( 10gR2) , we have four nodes. On each one two databases are running ( DBONE and DBTWO).

Lookin about the racgimon process, only on 3 of the nodes, node1, node2, and node4 are running the folllowing process.

$ORACLE_HOME/bin/racgimon startd DBONE

$ORACLE_HOME/bin/racgimon startd DBTWO

On  node3, the above processes are missing.

Also one node3 and in the log file under :

$ORACLE_HOME/log/node3/racg/imon.log is full of messages like :

clsrcep :evm post return 1

Failed to post IM chk event

When i asked the status of resources by crs_stat -t, all the components are fine.
