Split Line
Does anyone know if there is a bug for when the user splits the order line and then the line cannot be pick released?
Ex:
Customer wants a partial of the line to go air.
Customer Service will use the Split Line function:
Line 1.1 for X carrier
Line 1.2 for Y carrier
When Shipping goes to pick release line 1.2, it will not release..no data on pick slip.
If Customer service deletes line 1.2 and re-enters line 2.1, then it works.
We are currently on 12.1.2.
