Cannot View Requisition Details under iProcurement after receiving email notification

Cannot View Requisition Details under iProcurement after receiving email notification

I set up an Approver responsibility which has iProcurement functions so that a user could View Requisitions after selecting it via email notification. However it does not work. I have set up other responsibilities that have iProcurement functions in them and I have no problem viewing these notifications. So because it does work for some responsibilities, I am thinking I did not set up the Approver responsibility correctly and that it is missing a function or two from iProcurement. Or is it something else?  

I get this error:
