Service Contracts "Counter Capture" form is disabled

Hi,

Suddenly the Service Contracts "Counter Capture" form is disabled...we cannot do a reading. I checked; responsibilties...their god and access level is "Modify".

Is there something else to check? We can do "counter readings" via IB, but in the SC form is perferred.

Hope someone knows what wrong.
