Read all the picklists values with one webservice request

Hi,

Is is possible to get all the available picklists values together through web service?

1. If a form has multiple picklists/dropdowns, you need to make individual requests to get the LOVs in each of the picklist. Is it possible to make one request which can render all the lists and its values?

2. will the operation ListOfPicklistSet gives the lists and values of all picklists? If so, how do we use ListOfPicklistSet? Any example?
