Broken T10K Cartridge

Hi all,

Yesterday we faced 03 chewed/eaten  T10K cartridge. They are all MVCs and almost all VTVs in these MVCs are duplexed. Some are not, but they are VTV of backup data. We will try to recovery them.

So, but in the case, Is there some way to try to recovery some data from these broken MVCs?

We replaced the transports where the cartridge suppose were damage. But is there a procedure to investigate this problem and surely find out what transport cause the damage?

Could we do something to prevent this? For example, monitoring some messages that indicate that something could happen in a near future?
