Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. ERROR generating forms IEXPYPRS.pll and OKSAUDET.pll

Trying to apply merge patch of 14320908, 17854368, 17887429, 18001096, 18161967 and 18234186

and receive the error that it failed to generate the forms objects for IEXPYPRS.pll and OKSAUDET.pll.

A little more history on this. I was attempting to apply the 12.1.3.1 patch 17774755.

A worker failed with an error regarding pa_bc_balances.xdf. I aborted the patch process and found

document 1609614.1 which pointed me to a PJC patch (17887429) that I was already planning

on applying but as part of a merge with 5 other PJC patches. It was when I was applying the

PJC merge patch that the forms error started. I am not sure if I am missing another patch that
