Why do i need to generate F989999 and F989998

Hi, I was told that i need to gen these 2 tables F989999 and F989998  from central object DS in order to have E1 web's menu navigation functionality work well ..

If not, the e1 menu won't run properly in E900 ...any idea on this

pls advice..
