Error - ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Holds_PUB Procedure evaluation_holds_post_write

Hi All,

User is getting error - "ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Holds_PUB Procedure evaluation_holds_post_write' while submitting charges in service requets form.

Issue is not replicable in test instance.

Any help to fix this error would be appreciated.
