Siebel BI Publisher reports, My reports View and Notifications

Hi all,

We implemented a Siebel solution including BI Publisher. To execute the reports, we use the Siebel connector.

We changed some application settings according to bookshelf to generate our very simple editions in less than 5 seconds.

The problem we face now is that it is too complicated for users to get the report, they have to go to my reports, refresh until the status is success and then click on the file. The other way is to wait the notification that will take out of the box maximum 120 s to appear.

The notification refresh interval is set to 120s OOTB and change it to a lower value would have too much impact on the application.
