PO Timeout Feature not working neither sending reminder nor forwarding notification to next authorit

I have enabled the PO Time Out Feature but its not working in mine case. Nor its sending the reminder to the approver with the time and neither it is sending the notification to next approval authority.

Kindly help me out to get it done.
