Error in web to go sync

Hi All,

We have encountered web to go sync issue.

For this, we have uninstalled and installed again web to go.

We have completed below mentioned process to reinstall ‘Mobile Field Service’  –

  1. Click Windows Start-> All Program, find Oracle Database Lite 10g or 9i depending on your version

2. Choose De-install Web-to-go

3. When prompted : Do you want to remove the database? Please choose Yes

4. Make sure the c:\mobileclient folder is removed

5. Re-download setup.exe from your Web-to-go server setup page

6. Right click on it and choose Run as administrator

  7. Enter user name /password and try to do the initial sync.
