R12 Upgrade- Trial Balance showing no data

Hi,

The upgrade to r12  ran earlier this week, all sub ledger and general ledger data is found when looking at the tables from the back end, although when running a trial balance or inquiring an account the result completes with **no data found**, the journals for that period are still found although the reports show no data, when doing anything involved with account combination an error is received: Error 4063: package body "APPS.FND_FLEX_SERVER" has errors, SQL statements being executed at the time of the error was: BEGIN FND_FLEX_SERVER.CHECK_VALUE_SECURITY. I will load the whole error, if someone could please assist
