receiving PO receipts notifications as well as end-users

Hi Support,

For a particular user, he is facing some problems with some notifications which he never used to get before.. but all of sudden, he is receiving those PO Receipts notifications of the users for those PO's which are partially received.

Please kindly advise the root cause behind those notifications
