Adding a new Record Link in a Report

I am attempting to create a new record link for Activities on a SR Activity report. I am following the instructions contained in Oracle CRM OnDemand book for Reporting under Adding Interactivity to Reports. I have added my

Activity ID to the report and added @[html]&lt;a href="/OnDemand/user/TaskDetail?OMTGT=TaskDetailForm&TaskDetailForm.Id="@target="_parent"&gt;"Task Details"</a> under the Data Format tab. This creates a hyperlink

next to every Activity line. When I click on the created hyperlink I receive error

Error: originating at /OnDemand/user/TaskDetail

GENERIC_ERROR
URL parameter "TaskDetailForm.Id" contains invalid data
