Import VMWare VirtualMachine into OVM 3.2.7

Hello,

First, forgive me if this question has been previously answered, or if its in the wrong forum. I am new to MOSC, and this is my first post. So please accept my apologies in advance.

I need to import an ESX VMWare Virtual Machine into Oracle Virtual Machine 3.2.7. I am not finding any concise procedures on how to make this happen. Can someone provide with instructions, and/or point me in the right direction as to where I could find solid documentation?
