Unable to find the Profle options

Hi Team,

Here I am facing a strange issue that I am not able to find the below Profile option in the system administrator. I set this in my Test instance however, when I try to set in the PRODUCTION environment it is not coming up there. Please advice is there any Patch related issue ?

Service: Charge Line Default Price List.

Also and I am observing very unique issue please review the attached screens for better understanding.
