Why Migrate Form version need to enter OS password in Oracle Clinical5.0.1

Dear all

When I use the function of Migrate Form Version by book in OC 5.0.1, why the system need me enter OS password, which never occur in version 4.6.x

A window poped up and let me enter the OS password. After entering the password and press OK. A error displys in status bar:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error hex to raw conversion error ORA-06512: AT " RXC.pksigb", LINE 198 ora-06512: at "RXC.PKSIGA", line 163

AS we know, in OC5.0.1, we don't need to create the OS user in database server, why this happened? Who know this?
