ASM disk moved - unable to recover - how to drop/cleanup and recreate DB + ASM instance

ORACLE 11.2.0.3

RAC = 3 NODES

OS = Linux - RedHat 6

Our system admin accidentally removed the DATA lun(SAN) and now oracle is complaining about unable to start ASM and cannot find OCR. I may have to remove ASM and the database  and reinstall DB and ASM instance with the same name. We don't have backup for this database.

1. How do I drop the DB and ASM instance that is unable to start due to removed LUN?

2. How would clean up or drop everything, so when I reinstall with the same name of the instance, it would not be a problem

Howdy, Stranger!
