Unable to select correct defualt role and group

HI Team,

I need your assistance for solving my attached issue, not sure why in the profile options LOV the incorrect values are coming. I wanted to assign the default roles and group which user is actually associated, but system is not showing me the correct values. Ideally the default user role LOV should show the 'Lease manager', 'Sales manager' and default user sales group should show 'Lease manager'.

Please find the attached screen shots for all the relevant information.
