Incremental backup is not showing in LIST BACKUP OF DATABASE

hello All,

I am taking incremental backup(scn based) of database on tape and it got completed successfully but it is not showing in list backup of database command.

Even with "LIST BACKUPSET TAG" i am not able to find the backup .

Please help.
