Issues with Opatch 11.1.0.10.3

Hi,

I'm in in the process of applying the March Bundle Patches and hit an error with the latest Opatch 11.1.0.10.3 version.  I'm running OEM 12.1.0.3.0 with BP's 12.1.0.5.x.  Per the instructions, I downloaded the latest release of Opatch, 11.1.0.10.3.  I had no issues running Opatch 11.1.0.10.2.

I tried to apply the OMS-side DB Bundle  Patch 12.1.0.5.4 (18273816), and received this error during the ' analyze' step.  Please note that I verified the weblogic admin credentials are correct. 

$ opatchauto apply –analyze
