Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Field Service - EBS (MOSC)

Debrief Error: "item under serial control cannot have quantity greater than 1"

Hi,

I have just installed a new instance of EBS R12.1.1. I have also installed the Vision demo database.

I created a new service, under that i created two tasks.

Under one of these tasks i had created 2 debrief lines and i was able to view them perfectly.

Now some users had created few more debrief lines for testing purposes.

When i try and access the debrief tab now, i'm getting the following error.

"item under serial control cannot have quantity greater than 1"

Can anyone suggest what the issue is? I am not able to access that particular task's debrief data.
