Advice on failure on ESU application

Hi,  my user  has been informed to apply ESU JE12095 under this SR.

Until recently, they applied this ESU into PY and the process was completed with no error.  And SR has confirmed the ESU has been applied successfully.

But user did not see the changes on the P43360 in PY...But very weird is that user managed to get the bug fixed by deploying V object (V4311za) except the P object (P43032)..as scuch, do user need to keep this as it is? Any impact if the ESU 's affected objects did not get applied completely.....

Pls advice....
