Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Cancel a Partially Shipped Sales Agreement

Hi Guys,

We are using order management to make sales agreement --> sales orders and shipping transactions to deliver goods to the user.

now we require to cancel a sales agreement (meaning, restrict further activity) with quantities partially shipped to user

kindly share how to cancel and restrict further updates on a sales agreement, with partially shipped quantities?
