Centralized Payment System

Hi Guru's

                I have a Unique requirement, where I have multiple Operating Units & where the Invoices will be recorded Individually from their concerned Operating Units but here my concerned requirement is " I need the centralized payment for all the Invoices from both the operating units.

I.e In short I can say " Invoices are to entered & recorded individually from their concerned Operating Units But the payment should be centralized for both Operating Units

        Please advise a solution how to fulfill  the above requirement.
