Centralized Receipt System

Hi Guru's

                I have a Unique requirement, where I have multiple Operating Units & where the Transactions will be recorded Individually from their concerned Operating Units but here my concerned requirement is " I need the centralized payment (Receipt)  for all the Transactions from both the operating units.

I.e In short I can say " Transactions are to entered & recorded individually from their concerned Operating Units But the payment (Receipt)  should be centralized for both Operating Units
