Unable to clear Pending Trasactions-

Hello experts,

plz guide me regarding-

Pending Transactions-

item  - FGO2LIQ

Quantity - 11781

Transaction mode - Background processing

Transaction status - Pending

I have checked with -

Order mgt - Shipping transaction form...

                           Line status -  Interfaced

So please tell me ,

what will be possibilities of Pending....

and because of this i can't close period of Inventory.
